At Sage Ayurveda, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our ayurvedic oils for skincare and wellness. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Product Issues:

If you discover that your product is damaged or leaking upon delivery, or if the shipment packaging is damaged or resealed, please take the following steps:

- *Do Not Accept Damaged Shipments:* If the packaging is compromised, do not accept the delivery. Record an unboxing video for verification.
- *Report Issues Promptly:* Email us at [info@sageayurveda.com](mailto:info@sageayurveda.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:
- Order Number
- Invoice Number
- Details of your issue (e.g., leakage, damage)
- Images or videos clearly showing the problem, including the batch details.

2. Exchange Process:

- *Eligibility for Exchange:* Products must be returned in their original, saleable condition with all packaging intact. We will process exchanges for items verified as damaged or faulty.
- *Return Instructions:* Send the product back to us, ensuring it is packed in its original packaging with the following document:
- Address of Dispatch
- Name & Address of the Customer
- Order Number
- Contents of the Package
- *Processing Time:* Allow 1 to 3 weeks from the date of return for your exchange request to be processed. Once received, our team will issue an exchange or provide further instructions.

3. Refunds:

- *Refund Requests:* Refunds are only processed for products that cannot be exchanged. If a refund is approved, it will be reflected in your account within 10-15 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

4. Quality-Related Complaints:

- Order Number
- Product in question
- Details of your quality issue
- Images or videos showing the issue and batch details
- *Quality Assessment:* We will connect you with an Ayurvedic specialist and may request that you return the product for a quality assessment. The process may take up to 3 weeks from pickup to resolution.

5. Non-Eligible Returns:

- *Gift Boxes:* Returns and exchanges are not applicable for gift boxes.
- *Product Usage:* Products damaged due to neglect, improper use, or wrong application are not covered under our policy. Exchanges due to personal preference or allergic reactions are also not applicable.

6. No Cash Refunds:

- *Refund Method:* We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
